We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who’s not just online...but deeply online. Someone who instinctively understands what hits, what flops, and why. You’ll help bring Fan Fix to life across TikTok, Instagram, and whatever platform matters next, from ideation to capture to edit to post.

What You’ll Do

Make Content That Hits

• Help execute daily content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Write captions that feel native, not forced
• Edit short-form videos optimized for performance
• Keep our content calendar moving and on track

Stay Ahead of the Internet

• Track trends, sounds, formats, and creator moments in real time
• Bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team — fast
• Jump on trends quickly and turn them into content

Be in the Comments

• Monitor DMs, comments, and community conversations
• Engage with our audience in a way that feels real, not robotic
• Spot opportunities to highlight creators and fans

Capture the Moment

• Shoot content on set, at events, and behind the scenes
• Own quick-turn content capture for our micro-drama shoots
• Help turn raw moments into polished social content

Know What’s Working

• Track performance across posts and platforms
• Help pull weekly insights and identify what’s resonating
• Use data + instinct to inform what we do next

• Have 2–3 years of experience in social, content, or digital
• Live on TikTok and Instagram (and know what’s coming next)
• Get internet culture without having to overthink it
• Are a strong writer with a clear, platform-native voice
• Can edit short-form video (CapCut, in-app tools, etc.)
• Are comfortable shooting on your phone and moving fast
• Are down to be on camera when needed
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Have a car and are open to being on-site for shoots/events

• You’ve worked with creators or on influencer campaigns
• You’re tapped into entertainment, fandoms, or Gen Z culture
• You’ve helped grow or build a social presence before

• We’re posting consistently and quickly
• We’re early (not late) on trends
• Our audience is engaged and talking back
• Our content feels culturally relevant and shareable
• We’re building a brand people want to follow
