About the Role:

Fanfix is looking for a Full-Time Creator Success Coordinator to join our in-office team in Los Angeles. You’ll be the operational and creative backbone of the Creator Success team, supporting creator relationships, helping with onboarding and launches, and ensuring our creators feel supported every step of the way.

You’ll work closely with the Creator Success Managers to coordinate communication, organize systems, assist with gifting and events, and ensure every creator interaction runs smoothly

This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about the creator economy. You’ll thrive if you love multitasking, working with creators, and taking initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support Creator Success Managers with communication in group chats, email, and text threads.
  • Serve as the in-office presence for creator meetings, events, shoots, and IRL activations.
  • Handle logistics for creator gifting, from brainstorming creative ideas to packaging and delivery.
  • Support creator onboarding and launch processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Assist with day-to-day creator support, including troubleshooting platform questions and submitting bug reports.
  • Maintain and organize creator data using HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other internal tools.
  • Track deliverables, earnings, and performance metrics across the creator base.
  • Keep shared documents and trackers meticulously updated and accurate.
  • Take initiative to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities, and act on them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams.

  • Comfortable in Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and other organizational tools.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting team operations.
  • Passionate about social media, creator culture, and helping creators grow.
     
Compensation:
  • Full-Time, In-Office (West Hollywood)
  • $30 / Hour
